Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling
All prices include for delivery within the United Kingdom. For other destinations please select the appropriate option and the cost will be added to your order on check out.
We deliver your order as soon as possible and will normally send out your order within 5 working days (based on English Bank Holiday dates).
International orders are generally received in less than 10 days. However, please allow 28 days for delivery. For heavy items such as books, please note surface mail will be used and will take 6 to 8 weeks for USA & Australia.
Please note that during holiday periods these lead times may be extended but you will receive an email advising you of any delays.
